...See more To a lot of my friends, Im a go-to for emotional conversations and a shoulder to cry on. While Im more than happy to help, Im starting to get way in over my head. A lot of my close friends have recently admit to me that their either hurting themselves, suffering breakdowns nightly, or even thinking about suicide. Im glad they feel comfortable talking to me at least, but I feel useless. I dont know what to do or how to help them, and the stress of helping them every night is wearing on me. How do I explain to them that I love them and want them to come to me when they need to, but they need to seek professional help?
