...See more Lately I have been happy with myself. I look good, I have been improving my behavior towards others, I have many things I like, I have found hobbies I genuinely enjoy. Sure there are some things that upset me about myself and my situation but it is many less than it used to be. But I'm getting this sinking feelings about how this isn't right. How soon I will backtrack and lose my progress or something horrible will happen that to where I dislike myself again. That it has to happen, because this isn't normal. Basically, I had grown so used to having low self esteem that it feels wrong to feel good about myself. How do I overcome this?
