...See more 6 Years ago when I was in first year University I had a vertigo attack. It lasted 3 months and they said most people get it once in their lives. 8 Months later it happened again. Although no where near as bad now I feel I never fully recovered. I was told I have vestibular Nueuritis. Where I will have chronic balance symptoms. When it happened the second time that is when my anxiety began. I never experienced it before. I was so scared it would come back. I made a lot of progress. I have a good schooling background, a good career and volunteer. Recently the anxiety got worse and I developed really bad health anixety. Any symptom I have that is not normal for me in regards to my digestive system and what not I immediately freak out. I then google and it goes completely downhill from there. I am definitely making myself more sick thinking i have something seriously wrong. I think it stems from having a constant balance disorder that can't really fully be explained. I am trying to overcome the health anxiety and that is why I joined 7 cups of tea. I also joined because i noticed this health anxiety has started to affect my social life, work and volunteering more lately as I will sometimes miss out on commitments due to the high stress I put myself under.
