Helping others is for me a real sense of life. Support people to be able to cope with their personal pains, to be with them if they need to share their thoughts and emotions. I´m interested in sustainable development, psychotherapy, arts, philosophy and Buddhism. I love really much trekking and Himalaya is my second home.
