First time in therapy, what to expect?
7 Cups Online Therapy / by dauntlessPear

...See more I finally gained the courage to make an appointment with a therapist. My appointment is tomorrow morning, and I'm feeling terribly anxious about the whole situation as I have no idea what to expect. I've never been too good at coping with unfamiliar social situations (one of the many reasons I'm making myself see a therapist...hahah... ), especially one as personal as this. What might I expect at a first time therapy appointment? Thank you for reading...!
