Heroo , I'm self diagnosed audhd (my parents wouldn't let me go to therapist even if they said they are gonna put me in cure)

I'm not here to claim anything or something, I just want to learn and vent my problems to be heard

...See more My counselor called my mom about my behaviour in school They said to my mom that I'm quiet like too quiet and is sacred of the teachers like leaning towards them to hear me or I sound shaky and want to cry But I'm not sacred? I get very intense when talking to teacher but like idk , like I did experience bad moments but like.. I'm not sacred tho aaaaaaa

...See more It's been months and I can't make a idea or anything ,I can't tell if I'm just exhausted or burnt out , like when my friends does something like drawing anything, I just wish I could draw normally like them without worrying about motivation I'm really trying my best to be motivated but can't anymore
