Hello! I’m glad you’ve found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I’m a trained active listener and Child and Youth Work Student. I like to support people struggling with Depression, Anxiety, BPD, as well as Physical Disabilities. But that doesn’t mean I’m limited to those select things. Aside from helping people I enjoy art, music, reading, and writing. I’ve overcome a lot in my life and I have a lot of insight on many different topics and issues.
