...See more hey all! my problem is that i just relapsed. i started my school a week ago and the past 5 days went good even though i felt anxious. but today, it was all just too much to bare. i was crying all the way walking to my grandparents' house. i had a panic attack and thought i lost everything i've worked for. i feel like i've let everyone down and i'm so sure i'm going to lose my only friend at school. can someone help me to forgive myself or give me some tips on how to get back on my feet? i really want to go to school and learn and just be normal.
