...See more My name is Emily,I'm 24 and have been suffering from anxiety for as long as I can remember. The past few weeks have been hell,not being able to sleep because I'm scared I'm gonna die,random panic attacks that leave me exhausted and so drained... I could go on. I'm at my wit's end with it now,the medication my doctor gave me makes me feel terrible and it's just getting worse. As I write this tears are streaming down my face because despite having my family supporting me as best they can they don't understand how bad it's getting. I just want someone to listen :'(
