...See more My anxiety has crept up on me and its soo debilitating, I cant have normal conversation without sweating and panicking, its hard at work and especially at school where i need to get good grades or else I’ll lose my financial aid for next semester.. i have so much to do and i want to accomplish my goals but something always stopping me, feeling hopeful but at the same time im scared. Any advice?? Im so tiered of this !
