...See more I was experiencing really fast breathing, as if I was running out of air and I felt like all my worries were rushing through my head, a mile a minute. I felt like crying and just breaking down. Ive experienced this a few times before but Im just... I dont know. My question is if that was a panic attack...? Although, if Im asking it probably means that Im just being dramatic.
