Hi, My names Sebastian but you can call me Seb.
I'm one of the listeners here on 7 Cups of Tea, I specialise in a range of areas but mainly Depression, Addiction, Loneliness, LGBTQ+, Anxiety, Bullying and Breakups.
We all need someone just to listen and that's what I'm here for, there is no judgement and whatever is said will be said in confidence.
Sometimes in life we are given a hard blow, wither that be a relationship breakup or something traumatic but whatever's on your mind I am here to listen whenever you need me.
