How do I pull myself out of this depression

...See more after my break up. i just spiraled, i’ve always been a little depressed and sometimes it would worsen but since i found out the love of my fkn life was cheating on me i’ve just been stuck. my days consist of sulking around in school then coming home and sulking in my room. all i ever do now a days is cry about how much i miss him and wish he had just loved me the way i loved him. i’m so down i can barely eat. i haven’t had a proper meal since thursday. even the thought of eating makes me wanna vomit. someone please help me.
