...See more Hi everyone, This is my first thread! I’ve been having health issues the past 3 months that have been debilitating both emotionally and physically, it left me suddenly bedridden and traumatised. I have severe health anxiety and have lately been feeling so incredibly low. It’s hard because I don’t have any friends where I live (I’m an expat) and I’m not close to my family so I’m struggling to find support. I’d love to read any uplifting or positive comments you wish to share. Thank you
