I'm little father along on my mental health journey than I’ve been before, and for that I’m proud of myself. The past I’ve dedicated real time and concerted effort to trying to show myself compassion, love, and understanding. Trying to heal from childhood trauma, prominent abandonment wounds and toxic attachment tendencies has been hard. Rewiring those unhealthy tendencies, and understanding the root of where they come from had proven even more difficult.
