...See more I'm sorry for being a bother, I didn't mean to let you carry my burden, I didn't mean to let my words spill out, I shouldn't have let you know what I was sad about, You wanted to fill the pages of your book with your adventures, But I took up all the ink and all the space you had that day, I soaked up all the joy in your life, just so my sorrows could go away, You had your music to dance to, but I wanted my sad songs to play, You had a bright and shining sun light, but my clouds blocked out the rays, You rolled out the welcome mat, but I still feel like I overstayed, I thought I'd feel better if I let it out, but all I feel is guilt and shame, But even though I feel this way, You took the time out of your day, And stayed until I was okay
