Bad bout of depression

...See more H everyone. I'm a 47 year old male dealing with depression. I have had depression for several years now, and have been on several Rx for it over the years. There is no situational reason for me to be depressed. I'm happily married with wonderful children, and have a great career which I love and it pays well. But I still have depression. I've read dozens of self-help books on depression. I'm in the midst of a bad depression now; for the past month or so it has been much worse than normal. Thanks for listening.
