...See more I'm currently sad. I think im sad and disinterested in doing things. I called and reached out to the company's employment assistance program and they only spoke to my for like 30 mins then said they're going to reach back again on Tuesday. I feel like I am lost abd do not know what to do. My dad is currently in the hospital and recently diagnosed with delirium. He just finished his 6th round of chemo for lymphoma. The doctors said medically he is fine but he doesn't eat in the hospital and is in this state of delirium. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do. I have a history of depression and it feels like some of the symptoms are coming back due to these feelings of helplessness. I know I have to be strong but I can't seem to find it any where right now. I'm trying to get some supports to prop my self up to be strong for my dad and my mom. The crisis person on the phone told me to just take it one day at a time. I don't know but it seems today is not a good day. I don't have any strength, I feel symptoms of depression coming up, and I feel helpless. To the point I don't even know what I need to make myself feel better. Things that came up in my head would just probably validation and words of encouragement. But I'm not too sure.
