...See more I have a lot to think about it my life and my head is getting in the way of sleeping through the night. I've been doing yoga for about 2 weeks every night and it helps calm down my thoughts, but it all comes rushing back within half an hour. I wake up with a sort of anxiety-jumpstart-panic at night (I don't remember dreaming) and sometimes I can't go back to sleep. What kind of person can I ever hope to become if I can't get my head under control? I'm trying not to beat myself up but it's difficult and I'm tired. Tips to help get to sleep?
