...See more I’ve dealt with death, resignation from a job due to management harassment, home move, car break down, and my partners parents constant shunning and disapproval of me for the past 3 months. It’s getting pretty old with all the changes and mood swings along with sleepless nights. My partner is also going through all of this and unfortunately takes it out on me mentally and emotionally. Struggling with an imbalance along with being in an imbalanced situation is so hard it can make you feel crushed. I used to turn to cannabis but it no longer works. I hope during this upcoming winter I don’t spiral into a depressed state. Being self aware is helpful but does not fix the constant storm. Hoping the sun comes out soon and stays out for a while.
