...See more hello everyone Im new here so I dont know where to start (and english is not my first language, hence my poor grammar skills). I downloaded this app because of my social anxiety. I don't know for how long i've had social anxiety, but I remember having the same anxiety problems as today when I was very young. What stresses me a lot these days is that in 2 years I'll be living alone and far from my parents, and this is something that makes me really anxious. It's very difficult for me to go to places alone, like to go shopping for example, and meeting new people, being the center of attention, etc. so yes haha thats all, i hope being on 7cups will help me
