Met someone with the same physical anxiety symptoms as me!

...See more I recently met a friend who has the same physical anxiety symptoms as I do. Throughout our conversation we both cited: * someone squeezing our head * one point of pain right in the middle of the left chest * pins and needles down left arm * heart beating hard in chest (but no racing pulse) (Important note: we both have had thorough checks at the doctor for heart issues. I don't recommend ignoring the above symptoms or self-diagnosing as anxiety. This thread is rather for anxiety sufferers who have already been examined by doctors and diagnosed with anxiety.) It was so just so nice for both of us to talk about it! We felt so much less alone. What are your physical anxiety symptoms?
