...See more Okay I hope this is the correct place to post this. for the past maybe 2 weeks I’ve been so extremely down and sad for no reason. I have BPD, Anxiety and Depression. I went from being fine to suddenly not enjoying anything around me, or the people I love the most. I feel detached from the world a lot at the moment and it’s stressing me out. I have my 2 closest friends and they guy I’m exclusive with and getting to know etc. how and why have I woken up one day and felt so detached from everything?? I want to love everyone but it’s like I can’t?? It’s hurting me so much because I feel guilty like my head is just saying you don’t need these people and you don’t love them. Wth is happening?I got put back on fluoxetine 3 days ago btw. I don’t see how that will help considering BPD is an emotional thing right? And not some chemicals imbalance ? It’s all emotion based. This is so tiring I just want to sleep forever.
