I am currently in my final year of my psychology with counselling degree, looking to volunteer, I have practical skills in talking therapies which are practiced weekly.
furthermore I have family members who struggle with their mental wellbeing which has inspired me to want to help those in need, I feel as though a listening ear is sometimes of one the greatest recourses and I find myself doing that frequently for those around me.
I believe I am a positive minded person , who also can have struggles but I tend to focus on the light in the situation and hope to help others do this to.
