hi my name emma you taken the first step by finding me here on 7 cups of tea.
iv struggled so much in life and been through some very tough times that i thought i may not have come through, but taken the step to get help and finding someone to to listen and im here now to help others like me. im a mum and wife my son is now at school and enjoying it very much. we have a lovley puppy arthur and i enjoy to be outdoors and seeing the sites. i love to listen to music (it helps me think) i also enjoy focusing my mind on cleaning i find it very therputic.
