Just a woman in her mid 30s with 2 kids trying to make it through life. Depression, anxiety, abandonment and trust issues are at the core or my person and I’m trying to reach out to like minded and like hearted people to get through the hurt.

...See more Has anyone ever dealt with abandonment and abandonment trauma? I can’t seem to get over this feeling and this hurt. I go to therapy twice a week and I still sit here just so absorbed by the hurt. How do you deal with it? What do you do that helps? I’m looking for tips, tricks, tools, anything that can help me.

...See more I never thought I would be here in this position again. When my marriage ended almost 5 years ago I was ready to move on and find love. My marriage was terrible and I worked on myself and had a lot of therapy to move on from the ptsd it caused. Flash forward after years of waiting and praying he walked into my life. Not just mine but also my kids. We loved him so much. We made so many plans and talked about a future. Then 1 day it was all gone. He just left. He didn’t die, he didn’t get called away, he just stopped loving us all. Now we are so lost. Im lost.
