...See more So I have age regression due to my trauma, and I've noticed more recently that I want to slip into that headspace and its hard to keep myself "big". I still live in a trauma environment so im not able to fully heal and im scared thsy if I go into little space then I wont feel safe or secure becsuse of my environment. Its just been bothering me so I just wanted to vent that.

...See more I've been feeling weird latley, like a bit dreamy and not able to think much. I've been worried about my independence too since I didn't get much of that from my parents. No childhood, no teen years. Its like I've had to be an adult my entire life with no freedom, however that works.
