...See more I have had anxiety and depression for a long time. I take citrolprm which helps a bit. I am looking for some help and guidence around trying to not use my partner as a therapist. I’m looking for other support I can use so that it isn’t all on him cos he has taken on a lot but I feel like we need some healthy boundaries so I doesn’t take over the relationship. Has anyone had a similar experience
