I am here to listen & help. Why? Because…
The life I never expected taught me more than I ever anticipated about resilience, self-advocacy, strength, motherhood and finding small ways to keep moving forward when your body does not cooperate. I have learned how to adapt, radical acceptance, being ok without having solutions, and how to hold space for uncertainty. These skills I carried quietly for years, not realizing they had real value for others going through the same. I hope to give others empathy, support, compassion, practical tools, and helpful ideas to get through the hardest of days and cherish the smallest of moments.
