I am a single mother of 2 in my 50’s. I have come full circle in my life from single, college, career, marriage, family and back to single again. With my experience, the ways I have coped with the difficulties of life and what I have learnt and still learning, I hope to provide a listening ear to those who needs comfort and understanding.
I can listen to those with depression, anxiety, exercise motivation issues, cognitive behavioral issues, loneliness, spiritual journey related issues.
