Hello, im a 25 year old female. I have a lot of experience with depression and anxiety, I'm a carer and a nurse working for people with disabilities helps me to keep my mind in perspective, like every one i have my bad days. I play music and i volunteer at my local reptile centre caring for the animals plus sick and injured animals. Its great therapy. Im here to listen not to judge.
