Good Day/Evening, Glad you're here. I'm not your avg listener, and I'm not a big fan of generic responses, but I do promise to listen with no judgement no matter what.
I'm a fairly recent college graduate with a psychiatric nursing background.
I also have a sibling with a bipolar disorder. Anxiety disorder, depression, alcoholism, drug, and sex addiction runs in my family.
I also suffer from a chronic pain disease related to a snow skiing accident and have been dealing with that for a couple of years now.
I like to support adults having issues with anything I checked in "Areas of Expertise" and chronic pain. I enjoy playing sports (mainly volleyball), doing Pilates, yoga, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and I also research and participate in non-pharmacological ways to handle mental illness and chronic pain.
My chats are strictly JUDGEMENT FREE and I ask for the same in return, (nobody's perfect), and it's ok!

Great Listener, Helps me a lot ^-^

She was my first listener I ever had and I believe she truly made an impact on my life she told me simply things everyone wants to hear in life and she's hands down someone to go to for help!!!!

Came on this site as a last resort thinking where do I go to get some advice and real opinions on some serious complicated personal questions. That is exactly what I got. I didn't want generic responses or a person who who just agrees and is overly/fake supportive. I wanted a straight and honest opinion/discussion. They were so helpful I don't think I will even search for another listener if I need to use this website again.
