...See more Today’s a bad day. My agitation and irritability are ruining my relationships, friendships and life. I get so frustrated with myself for acting the way that I do.. small things turn into a huge deal in my head and I go into a panic and because I can’t fix the small issue due to not being able to calm myself down I fly off the handle all day over everything.. and then I feel sad and down because I hate the way I’m acting and treating others but can’t control myself. Today’s a bad day and it would help to talk to someone.. drs and friends never seem to be concerned with the issue so maybe someone that feels the same might.. I don’t know
