I'm here to listen to anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, confidence & self esteem issues.
I take mental health very seriously as i have, and still am affected by the above. My dream is to become a counsellor/psychotherapist.
I currently work as a suppport worker and do shift work so i will try my hardest to reply as quick as possible once a chat starts.
