...See more hi, I’m Ester. I’m a teen that struggles with depression,panic attacks and anxiety.It’s been a year an da half now I think.I didn’t tell anyone.I am thinking about suicide a lot but I could never do it because of my family.I went trough SH but I’m out of it for month now.My school started about a month ago and I can’t concentrate on anything.I can’t sleep and I have trouble eating or overeating.My parets probably think it’s just a strees but I spend most my time alone in bed,overthinking everything I did in my life.I don’t know if I should tell my parents or just find a therapist.If you can help me somehow I would be really thankful. I real don’t know what to do.
