...See more Hello, thanks for visiting this thread. I need your advise. Please kindly correct me if I've posted at the wrong thread. I've recently moved to a new job and it is already 4th month but I still feel fear, anxiety. My heart beat fast and keep feel very worried whenever I see the boss. Even if I don't see him, I still feel anxiety because he will call the office. He would often asked me what am I doing. I'm not able to reply as I'm working on something. My brain just blank out when he talks to me. He looks like a fierce person but all my colleagues says he is a nice person. Whenever he comes to me with the anxious face, I feel more worried that I won't be able to complete my task on time. My colleagues aren't friendly as well, they just talked among themselves. I was treated as much as invisible. I'm not sure have I offended them but then in what way have I offended them? Sigh! I've gotten a new job that I believe it will be better as the people over there looks very friendly. As I've only worked for 4 months in my current job and would like to resign from this job. Can you please kindly give me suggestions as in what reason can I give to my boss for the resign?
