...See more When I found this video first time, was by chance. And I was going through a period of complete numbness, but watching it.. hit me hard and realistically. Today I found it again, by chance (it's a pattern) and thought I'd share it here - because I think, sometimes when our mind is at its lowest places, we may feel we are alone. That we're only ones feeling this way or no one will understand us. And that's okay, it's our mind just screaming out how much we're struggling, trying to find a way to define it. And for me, seeing someone go through what I have gone through multiple times, made me feel empathy for her, feel like she shouldn't have to go through it.. and indirectly, empathy for me. Sometimes we need to just have empathy for ourselves. Thus the tears that came while I was watching it, but moving on! I don't know if this will be uncomfortable for someone, it doesn't have graphic images or graphic descriptions - only a video footage and the girl explaining what was going through her mind in that time frame, as much as possible. My favorite part is at the end, when it 'ends' and she says "And then all of sudden, I feel better. It's like I'm waking up. And I remember I am me. I'm Brittany. I'm succesful. I work really hard, I don't allow my mental illness to stop me - my mental illness will never be the reason I don't succeed. It will always be a part of my story but it will never define me as a person. And I go about my bussiness" What are your thoughts on this video/experience? How did you feel seeing it?

We talked via scheduled chats, Evie was very on time.
