...See more Shame and stress really feed on one another...When I was growing up with my parents awkwardness was there as all three of us were immigrants first and unlike other immigrant households my parents didn't adapt well and it had some impact in certain issues I had in my life I encountered. Now I am married man for nearly 3 years I get fed up with an unempathic wife who impulsively defends herself. I need advice on how to stop feeling ashamed about my family as shame embarrassement and stress all feed each other.

...See more The thing is what I am typing is a normal issue in a marriage. I am a 34 year old man married to a woman four years younger than me who is horrible at managing her work related stress and throws tantrums and makes unreasonable demnands. The thing is being married to a person who is bad at managing stress is normal just acknowledging it being in nature being with friends  good aquitances listening to river flowing flow sounds on spotify and being here in these emotional support groups are the best mechanism I know. Please feel free to comment in this thread anybody.
