Brain zap before panic attack

...See more The tell-tale sign that I'm going to have a panic attack is a sudden "zap" or "click" in my head. This often comes with no warning, followed by a racing heart, disorientation, sweating, and inability to complete whatever task I'm doing, such as driving (I have to pull over most of the time). It almost feels as if my brain is taking a screenshot, followed by a panic episode. Does anyone else experience these zaps, clicks or "sudden falling" feelings in their head as well as panic? It's quite terrifying and uncomfortable..
