...See more my best friends dad died a few days ago and i’m just now hearing about it from someone else. i’m struggling with a lot of emotions regarding that, the main one of course being that i need to be there for my friend in her time of need, shock and fear that healthy people can just sometimes die but also sadness because i thought this girl was my best friend, we have been friends for 5 years and yet i heard about her fathers death multiple days later from someone else and wasn’t invited to the funeral while other friends where, so im sad that she didn’t reach out to me, maybe she felt she couldn’t, which makes it worse, and upset with myself for feeling that way since she’s going through so much she probably just forgot but it still hurts me
