...See more if I'm writing these words maybe it's because I hope I can be helped but the truth is that I don't see any possibility of improvement in my life. Every time I have the opportunity to really change I sabotage myself almost voluntarily. I'm afraid that this circle will never close and I'm now losing the will to live. I would like to change but I don't have the courage or strength to trigger a healthy change
