...See more Urggggh! Im not sure where to begin, all I know is Im struggling. Im so stretched I can barely function. I have some serious and very stressful situations going on at the moment, not for the faint hearted. Every time my husband says anything slightly off tone, I end up crying! I went to work yesterday, someone ask how I was, I just cried and came home again.. I am seeing a therapist already but feel I need some top ups of some opportunities to offload. Life is becoming a challenge, in the sense that Im becoming more and more irritable, emotional and feeling like Im failing to stay afloat. I dont seem to be able to keep a handle on my emotions at the moment, Im trying my hardest to ride it out but the unbearable gloomy headache just wont budge. Im hoping I maybe be able to get some support from 7 cups of tea 😅
