...See more It has been a rough day for me today. I've been highly anxious since I woke up this morning. It has seemingly become worse in the last hour. Shaking, can't focus, can't breathe, mind is racing at a million miles, and feeling really depressed and very lonely. I just don't know what to do. I have been trying to watch netflix, or focus on studying. I just wish I had friends or someone to talk with.
