How can I get help?

...See more I've been struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression for as long as I remember, and a few months ago I finally worked up enough courage to tell my mum I think I have anxiety and that I want to see a doctor. She was really supportive and said I could. But now whenever I ask her to book an appointment she says there's no point because I won't get medication. I have absolutely no idea what to do, there's noone else I can talk to and I can't cope like this any longer. I don't care whether I get medication I just need some kind of help because I am not dealing with this myself. I can't get to the doctor's by myself as it's too far away. I have no idea what to do or how to cope, it all just keeps getting worse.

...See more I've been feeling like this for 3 years now and I can't bring myself to tell my parents because im terrified of what they will think, I can't go to the doctors without telling my parents and I've been offered help by a teacher but I just lied and told him I was fine. I know it's my own fault but I really really don't know how to get help, and I know I need help because it just keeps getting worse.
