Hello there! I am a Listener on 7 Cups of Tea. I struggled with severe depression as well as anxiety for a significant portion of my youth, and throughout high school, I found that coming to 7 Cups of Tea helped me find company and support as I struggled to learn how to cope, improve my character, and heal. Having safely exited this time in my life and reached a point of general mental wellness, I now want to be there for others. Everybody deserved to be listened to, supported, and loved.
