...See more Hi everyone. I’m new to 7 Cups and I can’t believe I haven’t found this great app sooner. I know we’re not supposed to use our real names, so I guess call me by my username or Hermit. I’m a C-PTSD survivor and I’m working on Internal Family Systems therapy with my own therapist. It is INTENSE. So intense that I know I need support between sessions. Plus, I just want to interact with other people who are trauma survivors in a safe place. I journal, read tarot & oracle cards, and study astrology— and they all have immensely helped my healing journey. I look forward to being part of the group! ✨
