...See more I lost my partner just over three months ago. I've tried to reach out to community, be it in my synagogue or my friends, but it's hard to shake this unending feeling of loneliness. it persists even when I'm with others. There's a dark space in my heart that feels like it will never heal. I'm not sure why I'm posting this really, other than to tell someone how I'm feeling. I'm in therapy and working hard to process the loss and the trauma around it. I'm communicative and vulnerable. I journal. But despite that work, everything hurts. I wear some item of his clothing every day. I talk to him in the mirror. I still feel hollow and lonely.
