...See more I have been unemployed a while now , I have lost my confidence, and assertiveness and social skills. Anxiety has just amplfied it more. I stuck in a place where I cant get a job in a small city, I can't move to another big city as no where seems to accept benefits and they all think we are scum but I'm trying so hard . I'm feeling lost and I use to be so ambitious and really driven and its been sucked out of me. I don't know how to move forward. Its so frustrating how do people stay happy and confident when you feel like rubbish all the time . I tried taking medication it just seems to make me sleep all day and feel really tired. I don't what to do any more. You reach a point and you feel like how can I change things. Why can't I have what everyone else has and be successful in a good place and proud of myself and not feel ashamed.
