...See more Hii, I am struggling with making friends. I've had only one best friend in my life and it turned out to be a toxic and manipulative relationship. The whole friendship was a lie. In the past i've also had bad experiences when I thought i could trust someone but turned out i couldnt. Currently, im having trouble trusting my friends and spending time with them even though they are super loving and caring. they always say things like "you can tell me anything" but ive been told this too many times to count and it would turn out to be a lie. Any tips on how to stop isolating yourself from friends and how to learn to trust again?
