Together, we made such progress and shifted my pain and wanting to self harm, to releasing pain and finding a creative and cathartic outlet for it. Such an attentive listener and a calm presence who helped walk me through the path I must walk to get better. Great suggestions for emotional outlets instead of self harming and turns out - poetry is way better than self harm
